We are based and VAT registered in the Netherlands. Therefore we are affected by the VAT sales tax, the current rate being 19%. VAT is a tax on the final consumption of certain goods and services. Depending upon your home coutry, payments made by you may fall within the scope of VAT. Eyelikeimages’ applying VAT will affect you as a Customer if you are based in the Netherlands or the EU:

If you are based in the Netherlands or EU and you are buying images as a private person (not VAT registered), 19% VAT will be added to your payment.
If you are based in the Netherlands and VAT registered, 19% VAT will be added to your payment.

If you are based in the EU and VAT registered, VAT will be transferred to you under VAT liability transfer regulations. This will be stated on your invoice.

If you are based outside the EU, your payment will not be affected by VAT If you are registered for VAT, you need to comply with the requirements of legislation that apply to you. We will send you a detailed VAT invoice by email for every purchase.
