We are based and VAT registered in the Netherlands. Therefore we are affected by the VAT sales tax, the current rate being 19%. Payments to you may fall within the scope of VAT.
EyeLikeImages’ applying VAT will only affect you as a Contributor if you are VAT registered.

If you are based in the Netherlands and registered for VAT, payments to you fall within the scope of VAT.

If you are a third country supplier and VAT registered, VAT will be transferred to EyeLikeImages under VAT liability transfer regulations. This will be stated on your invoice.

If you are registered for VAT, you need to comply with the requirements of legislation that apply to you. Instead of you sending us a VAT invoice for the sales reported to you, we are adding VAT to your payments under self billing regulations.
